Mayor of Port Harcourt Meets New Rivers State Commissioner of Police, CP Mustapha Mohammed Bala

Mayor of Port Harcourt, Ezebunwo Ichemati on Wednesday welcomed the new Rivers State Commissioner of Police, CP Mustapha Mohammed Bala, during a brief stopover at the Port Harcourt City Council Secretariat. 

The CP's visit was part of his statewide tour aimed at building public confidence in the aftermath of recent security incidents at council secretariats across Rivers State.

During their interaction, the Commissioner of Police assured the Mayor of the police command's commitment to maintaining safety and security in Port Harcourt City. 

Mayor Ichemati expressed appreciation for the CP's efforts and reaffirmed the city's support in fostering a safe environment for residents and visitors alike.
