Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth campaigns that increase online orders and in-store visits.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, partnerships, activations, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Manage and grow De Buka's social media communities across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Engage customers online and help strengthen brand loyalty.
- Support customer retention and rewards initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and content teams to drive measurable business growth.

What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies.
- Experience managing social media accounts and online communities.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
- Creative thinker with strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

2️⃣ Content Creator / Marketer
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

What You'll Do
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content for De Buka's digital platforms.
- Tell compelling stories that showcase our food, people, culture, customers, and experiences.
- Develop content that drives engagement, audience growth, and sales.
- Cover events, promotions, and day-to-day moments across our outlets.
- Stay on top of trends and creatively adapt them to our brand.
- Collaborate with the Growth Associate to execute marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos for social media.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Creative eye for photography, design, and visual branding.
- Ability to turn everyday moments into engaging content.
