BREAKING: The federal high court issues an injunction preventing PDP governors, NWC, BoT, and others from dissolving EXCOs in Rivers.

The Federal High Court in Abuja has prohibited the Governors of the PDP, along with its NWC and BoT, from making any alterations to or disbanding the Executive Committees of the party in Rivers State.

The court has also prohibited them from forming any interim committee intended to replace the party's officials at the state, local government, and ward levels who are loyalists of Nyesom Wike in Rivers.

Justice Peter Lifu issued the directive while rendering a decision on an ex-parte application presented to him by the Rivers State Executive Committee of the PDP, headed by Aaron Chukwuemeka, along with representatives from local governments and ward committees.
