As a buyer, your purchases are 'backed' by Flashupdate9ja 30-Day money back guarantee, also known as a refund guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This refund policy only covers digital products (not events) and as a result, after a purchase is made, such digital products are deemed “used” after download or opening. However, Flashupdate9ja offers you a 30-day money-back guarantee if certain necessary conditions are met. Again, please note that this refund guarantee accommodates only digital products. It does not cover events.

Conditions for Refund

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days before you make the request for refund.
• The proof of purchase is provided such as the receipt or the transaction ID.
• The product has violated at least one of the customer guarantees below:

Refund Exemptions

• Sales are final and non-refundable for products that bear the Flashupdate9ja Quality Seal. The Flashupdate9ja Quality Seal is the seal of authenticity for products that belong to highly verified vendors and have been tested and verified over a reasonable period of time.
• Sales for virtual or offline events are non-refundable. While we are able to provide refunds for digital products, the refund policy does not cover both virtual or offline events due to various reasons.
